Hi Guys,

I'm looking at this 5513 and would like some feedback. It's a great looking watch from the pics and seems to be all original.

They tell me it's a 1968, Serial No. 2571***. My question is, should this be a metres first dial or is it correct. Also, does the case seem to be over polished or am I being too anal. I'm going to see it shortly so I would appreciate any honest comments or feed back.
