Please help me identify a watch.

Hi,

I've just joined up with the hope that someone on here can help me.

My wife inherited an old ladies rolex recently but we are just wanting to know a little more about it. Sadly it will probably have to be sold due to family in fighting so all the help i can get the better please.

The watch has a small crown with rolex stamped onto the back and under this, there is two lines of numbers. The first is 44784 and the second is 3152.
