So my mom is turning 70 in Jan 2013. When she turned 60 we went to Princeville in Kauai as a family. My dad and I have been tasked with picking the place again. As of right now the contenders are Peter Island, BVI and Le Taha'a in French Polynesia. What other places do you guys recommend. Must haves include great snorkeling and great food.

Please share good or bad experiences with the places listed above and also throw out any other places you think deserve a look. Thank you in advance.
