Dominant or non-dominant

Gents,
This questions seems a little silly but here it goes. Which wrist do you wear your watches on, your dominant or non-dominant hand?

I ask this because I have always worn my watches on my non-dominant hand thinking that it will get less wear/damage. My other thought as far as aesthetics is that a wedding band and a watch on the same hand/wrist too much if the other hand has nothing?

Thoughts and opinions are welcome.
