42mm - 44mm Rolex Cellini ???
first off, thanks for the warm welcome. i've wasted quite a bit of time on this forum and wouldn't change a thing... so far anyway.
i recently got a pam 210 on a partial trade and love the simplicity and shape of it (love the radiomir style over the luminor but that's just me). question is, would anyone buy a 42 - 44mm cellini if it were available? i rather like the danaos but its a bit small for my wookie wrists and huge hand. too me, it seems like rolex is missing an opportunity with the cellini line. i don't have sales figures but i doubt they sell many (relative to the non cellini lines). personally, i would buy one. why not? still a rolex, good aftersales service and if patek, jlc and omega can sell larger 'elegant' models, why not rolex? even tudor is getting a push these days. any thoughts? cheers. |
