Great question Dan and the answer is YES. I started off with an Omega Seamaster which I received for graduation and still wear due to sentimental value and at the time liked it because it was in a James Bond movie. LOL! 5 years later bought a PAM 25 then PAM 090 then Bell and Ross Radar (Sold all 3) then FINALLY came to my senses when I hit 30. I realized these watches the size of Wall Clocks will come and go and are just look at me watches in my opinion. I realize Panerai has a huge following and a pretty cool history if you look back, but I only bought them because I thought they were cool not realizing that they lacked an in house movement and looked way too damn big for my wrists. I do have a PAM 292 which I love because it is all Black Ceramic and doesn't look like your typical Panerai. After that I have come up with a strict 40mm and under policy for myself. Since implementing this I have purchased a Hulk Sub, Vintage Day Date, and Vintage Explorer II 1655. As you know based on our PMs back and forth the only thing left on my list is a Vintage Daytona and maybe a Patek when I get into my 40s
