Explorer I vs Milgauss

Hi all, new to the forum and am looking to get my first Rolex. I just graduated from college and will be working in a dressy business environment (suits, ties, etc). I tried on both (at an AD, of course) the explorer I (don't like the II as much) and the milgauss (with the black face) and like them both quite a bit. price difference is not a factor for either watch and it doesn't have to be new either.

My questions is does anyone own either of these and which one would you recommend for the environment i will be going into. I plan on wearing this everyday so one that can dress up and down is much preferred!
