Doesn't Paypal protect buyers who end up with fake watches? I know when I've sold things on Ebay they've made me wait nearly 3 weeks after delivery for the funds to go to my account. Don't most people take their new watch to an AD and have it authenticated/pressure tested/appraised?

I am asking now because I'm considering buying an Omega on the 'bay from someone with very little feedback.
