Hey Everyone,
I am a huge Rolex fan and have lurked on here for awhile! Recently bought my first Rolex last year, a 116610LN and absolutely love it.

Since I am fairly new to the Rolex world I don't know everything about each watch so I wanted to ask you all something. I came upon my dad's rolex a few weeks ago and have been skeptical about the clasp on his date just. Its a 116234 Z serial. When comparing it to my sub, the Rolex engraving is much more pronounced than what the date just has. Pic is attached below (tried my best to take a good picture). I am pretty certain that the watch itself is real so I'm probably just being paranoid.
