Help Please...Should I keep it or send back???

Hello All,

I just received this watch from FedEx this morning. My lovely wife thought it would be a great gift and an investment because she said she got it for a steal at $6K from a colleague she met at a convention.

This could be my 2nd Rolex as I have a 116613LN that I got earlier this year. This watch is a 16600 Z-series BNIB (no name and address on the warranty papers) and the plastic is still on the bracelet and the watch.

Since it was a surprise, I'm very grateful for my wife buying me this tidbit, but I must admit having some reservations on whether or not I should keep it since it's a tad similar (in my unexperienced eyes) to the Submariner I have - albeit an SS vs. TT.

I believe I have seven days to consider keeping it. Should I keep it? If I do...is this a better beater than my Submariner or should is this more of a Safe Queen (given that it's been in a safe since it was bought in late 2007) than my Submariner.

Thoughts and advice welcome please...any enabling words to convince me to hang unto it are most appreciated as well. I thought my wife had gotten a DSSD (that's what she said it was anyways - poor dear... ) - I guess I'm just a tad disappointed?
