Info on this Audemars Piguet

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone here new the time when thsi wacth was produced and what the number on the back below "Rolay Oak" means.. this one says Nr. 73... it is also engraved in the fliplock.

Im sending it to be serviced next week, its my dads he has no clue of watches, but im interested so i decided to investigate!
