Sounds tougher than 904L.

Do you guys see where I am trying to get at?

A Rolex sport model with a full ceramic case and bracelet.

Can it be done?

It has been done!

Rolex claims that they bombard the ceramic bezel insert with gold or platinum or even steel (atom by atom).

That has not yet been done to a full watch (Case and bracelet)

But one question remains. Is ceramic tougher than steel?
