acceptable loss / gain per day

my recently purchased y series date 15210 appears to be running fast to about 5 seconds per day. as this is my first Rolex I was just wondering what is considered the norm for gain / loss per day?

Also, should this require attention, is it something easily resolved by a reputable watchmaker or would it require a RSC to sort within a service?
