This is copied and pasted from his response to me. I thought his price was crazy low and his use of photobucket (which I use also) was sketchy (the way he used it and things didn't match up), so I asked him to take a pic of the watch set at a specific time. I guess he couldn't find one on the internet so he responded that he was a fraud. If someone knows the TZ admin please make them aware or tell me how to contact them.
