Icon3 Zenith El Primero Striking Tenth pushers

Hi -

I've been looking at the Striking Tenth recently and am curious about operating the pushers underwater. The watch is water resistant to 100m so swimming and snorkeling is fine but what happens if I hit one of the pushers? Is it instant flood or are they designed to be used in the water as well?

Thanks.
