Milgauss GV Authenticity

Hi,
I recently purchased a used Milgauss GV, but I have a couple concerns....
The watch doesn't have Rolex Papers, but instead has a Mayors Retail replacement certificate.
The watch looks perfect to me, but there is a couple of things that concern me.
One is the reference number on the Mayors papers; it reads: 2936417, and I suppose it should read: 116400V... Now, I took the bracelet off and between the lugs, at the 12 o' clock position, on the case reads: 116400, but no "V" at the end.
The serial number matches the certificate, but it's found in the inner side of the case, at the 6 o' clock position, but nothing on the outside between the lugs.
I also would like to know, if it is clockwise or counterclockwise the way you should wind it at position #2 (to be charged)..... This one looks like is counterclockwise, because clockwise it offers some resistance and I am afraid to force it and break it, but somebody told me that it should be clockwise....

I would appreciate some help on this matter, before having to send it to Rolex to authenticate it, since I don't want to wait a couple months to get it back...
