Just was offered this and don't have a clue whether its authentic or not. The photos are terrible and the gentleman who is selling does not have access to take better ones....(sound like BS to me)

Anyways i need help in identify what the model is and a price range i should be looking to spend.

He says it starts but then stops. The crown also does not move the hour, minutue, second hands. Clearing needs a rehaul and parts i am sure.

I need a concensus on what you would offer you keep a little meat on the bone to flip and whether or not its authentic an if its from 1987 (16803?) or from 1964 like he thought...
