Had my Lancaster (Citizen caliber 82S7) tested, how do these numbers look?

hello,
question for you watch tech guru's. i had my lancaster (citizen caliber 82s7) tested and here are the numbers. just wondering what peoples opinions are of the specs and what they really mean ?

sampling time: 30 out of 30 seconds
test pressure: 2.047 bar
initial strain: -060.0 Pm
strain trend: -004.6 %Pm / minute

on top of the slip they gave me said sm-8810 prg : 5
