Hi guys,
Hopefully not too dumb a question...but should the crown/winder simply pull out?

I was just changing the time on my TT sub and found it hard to pull out to the second click...added a little force and the entire thing just pulled out...

Should this happen?

Probably did the wrong thing...but I put it back in again and was able to change time and date etc and appears to be working okay...

Your advice would be really appreciated.
