Rolex 6265 - Expert evaluation needed please!

Hello everyone,

I bought my watch in 1994 and I wore it for a couple of years in the ninetees as my daily watch. I didn`t wear it for more then ten years or so and I decided now to sell it or sent it for a revison and keep it myself. This will depend on the comments on this forum.
The pictures speak for themselves, you can see that the watch is very dirty and the glass of the watch is a bit scratched.

Please experts give me some comments on my watch.

on one side of the watch is engraved 6265 and on the other side 41379xx
