1st thing you notice while spotting rolex in the wild

Relatively new to the Rolex world and was wondering - when you spot a Rolex in the wild, what is the first tell tale sign that it is actually a Rolex? Is it the case, dial, bracelet, or something else? I assume that in time, spotting one will become easier and more definitive but just wondering what the experienced watch watchers look for first.
