Some help with a 16610LV

I came over this 16610LV for sale. But the seller knows nothing about the watch what so ever. He says he inherited it from his mother who died. I have asked him for the serial number, but he knows not were it is, so I have tried to explain to him were he can find it. Hopefully he will find it and send it to me.

From my point of view it seems a little strange why his mother would have a watch like this, why he wants to sell it and why he knows nothing about it. But maybe its just me being skeptical because I know there is so many fake Rolexe's out there.

Anyways these are the photos he have posted of the watch. They are very bad and not easy to see much, but I know some of you are very good at spotting fake Rolexe's. So what do you people think, do it look ok from these photos?
