Question - I'm a little suspicous

My new sterling silver and rose gold watch now has me suspicious. The back case has the crown and case numbers upside down compared to my other vintage rolex watches?

I bought this from a watch seller from Korea (which I know is a red flag) but he was recommended as legit. But, Now I am concerned and have only a few days to send it back.

Thoughts?

The 18k YG is my authenticated 1940 Modele Depose and the SS one is the new one (which remains undated as of yet) but it has repair dates inside from 1957 and from 1967.
