My Presidential, back from Rik :)
Rik (TimeCare Inc) exceeded my expectations. No matter how many pictures I take, it won't capture the attention to detail with his cleaning/polishing... This is my first Rolex I've ever owned. I received it last month and wore for a few weeks and noticed that the "date" wasn't always changing. I knew it hadn't been serviced since being overhauled in 2000, so I contemplated sending it out or a cleaning. I read everything I could on here about servicing a Rolex and Rik had 100% positive feedback. He was easy to communicate with (returned all my e-mails, etc) and, i sent it out. I got worried as the registered mail took almost 3 weeks to get my Rolex to him (which, I was told is unusual). He received it, worked his magic in under a week and had it back on it's way to me on Friday. I received it today (just under a week later! And, via registered mail.....). It has a mirror finish, Rik replaced 2 gears, cleaned/oiled/adjusted. He replaced the tube crown, axle and mainspring.. He even replaced my hands (lume was dead) and it glows wonderfully. If you're new on here and thinking of a servicing, I can't recommend Rik enough. He's the only one I'll let touch my Rolex from now on (or any other watches... I'll be sending in my vintage Omega Seamaster next.....). Here are a few pics I just took (but, it's overcast out, getting dark up here in NY and I took tons of pics and none made me as happy as just looking at my wrist...). Thank you Rik!!!
