In the market again, but question/s

Hello all,
As I am awaiting the results of my MRI (see "Is there a neurologist in the house" in general posts) I have a new passion, come what may, to buy a new Rolex. I am a pilot, so I naturally lean towards the GMT-II Ceramic, but I also scuba, so the Subbie date is always near and dear to my heart. I have owned many of both over the years, But in the real world, which do you think will appreciate the best? a Ceramic Subbe Date, or a GMT-!!? I am strongly leaning towards towards the GMT, as it has the 24 H hand. But don't know which to pick. What do you think? I am an unashamed flipper, always have been. The only thing I DON'T like about the new GMT is the polished center links, I hate looking at scratches. But it is more useful. I am torn. Also torn waiting to find out if I am physically okay. God only know for sure. I hope so. Hope all is well with you all.

David : )
