had a jeweler look at my ladies presidential purchased on 1989. Model 69178.
I had John Bull replace the champagne face with a blue diamond face at that time. The jeweler states that the dial is an "aftermarket" but I can find nothing to substantiate that claim. I also was told that the sales reciept should say "blue vignette" however sadly the receipt I have says "champagne diamond dial" obviously it was not rewritten.UGH! 22 years later I feel like I was screwed by John Bull.

What type of resale would I then expect on the watch if everything else is legit?
