First watch for my 3-year-old son?

I need some advice.

I remember my first watch from when I was a young boy. It was red-white-blue and had numbers for both hours and minutes, so I could learn time. (not sure what brand, manual wind, maybe Timex?)

My son is very interested in learning time and in watches (wonder why) and we want Santa to bring him his frist watch (analog of course!), but I am having trouble finding the right one.

There's this one, but it doesn't have graduations for minutes:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! And no Rolex for him unitl he graduates from college!
