Sinn U1000 EZM6 : German Tank Indeed ... A Black & White Pictorial
Alright ! Alright ! After circling round and round the price bracket of 4K and under in new/preowned circuit , I finally gave into the temptation and bought me this 44 x 18 mm German Tank .. And A Tank It Sure Is. To me, It is THE SINN TO HAVE ! [ True .. EZM10 is no less .. but it entices me lesser ] .. The first Sinn I lusted for and avoided for a while given the rarity of the piece and the longing for something minty yet under warranty. While UX GSG9 and 900 Flieger were no less competent, this EZM6 takes everything to a whole different level. There have been multiple outstanding reviews of this timepiece in the past years and hence, I would spare you the details and come straight to the point. Case : 44 x 18 mm Submarine Steel - Fully Tegimented [ The German take on 'A Knight's Armor' ] Crystal : 4.5 mm thick; Double coated anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal hardened with Tegiment process Hardness : 2000 Vickers Amagnetic : 4800 A/m WR : 1000m Tolerates Temperatures : -45 to +80 degree C Fights Moisture : DRY HOLD Technology - Inert Gas + 4 CuSO4 capsules Movement : Top Grade 7750 rotated 180 degrees and modified to display a full 60 min counter. Chronograph : Tested and Operable at 100 Bar [1000m]; XL Crown and Non-Screwdown Pushers Accuracy : Over the last 72 hours, DEAD ON !!! Bezel : Lock & Push Mechanism - secured with screws Clasp with Diver's Extension : Tegimented The perfect answer to DEFINE OVER-ENGINEERED. Easily, The Best Dive Chronograph in its price segment and the best bang for the buck dive watch under 4K I have held so far. This Thing is A TANK !!!! Virtually Indestructible to my eyes .... Highly Recommended In this thread, I decided to limit myself to only Black & White Pictures ... A couple wrist shots with the watch on my right wrist ... [ Hence, my first Destro ] And a Few on the Left ... I have a feeling I would add the non-PVD version of SINN U1000 to my collection down the road as well ... For Now, I am glad to have a German Piece of Machinery in my Stable. Hope you enjoyed the pictorial and my brief write-up Cheers nishant |
