Rolex Tudor Prince vs. Rolex Tudor Princess Oysterdate

I am waiting for my Rolex Tudor Princess Oysterdate to arrive. About a month ago I saw an almost identical watch sell on eBay. It's called the Rolex Tudor Prince. See pictures below comparing the two.

My question is this, I know the sizes are different and I get that. The mini is larger than the Lady sub and possibly that's because it can be a unisex watch where the Lady-sub is clearly meant for a woman. However, why does the Prince have the Rolex logo on the bracelet while the Princess has the Tudor logo? Why don't they both have either the Rolex logo or the Tudor logo? Both have the Rolex crown on the crown so why not on the bracelet?

The Prince is the top one and the Lady Sub is the bottom one.
