I just sent mine in rsc nyc now waiting to hear what they find, they said 7-10 days which should be any day now. I sent on my 16613 because i discovered a particle of hair under the crystal after a service performed in may. I only noticed it because of the pictures that i took of the watch. Anyway good info rolex does make the process easy..
