should I wear it ?

merry xmas every one, I am blessed to own and a sd which is
my favourate , I try wear as much as can but my problem
is that I work out 3/4 times per week, do I take it of and leave it
in a locker or wear it while I work out as I notice some people do
with other types and syles of watches , can my sea dweller
handle the gym enviroment or should I leave her at home
or in the locker
