Help needed: is this submariner tt 16613 authentic

I have the intention to buy this pre owned sub tt 16613 from some one, but after looking at the pictures he sent me, I begin to doubt its authenticity.
The serial number on the watch matches the certificate, but the wording on the dial face showed "SWISS - T < 25". I understand for a 2006 year make rolex (D series and the seller confirmed it is 2006 model) should'nt the wordings be just SWISS MADE ?
