Hi folks

I bought a turn o graph watch last year from tourneau and like it a lot. However, I don't know how to use the bezel to measure the time lapse. what I mean is I can turn the bezel bi-directionally, but it stays there without measuring time lapse. Is it only for decoration?

Is it normal? I'm very sure it's not a fake one because I bought it brand new from AD with all the paperwork.

Any thoughts?
