buying a rolex at 47th street

i got a great quote on a coke gmt Master II and the seller says that it is all original.
i havent taken my father who has been working with rolex's for 30 years+ becasue he really doesnt like 47th street after working there for 10 years.
should i take the risk? its killing me.
