Icon20 My DateJust2 41mm TT Black Dial / Gold - DSLR Shots

Earlier, I have made the gallery photo thread for my Rolex Explorer II. You can view it here :

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=284094

So now is my turn to showcase my the other Rolex, the DateJust2 41mm TT Gold with a Black Dial. The fluted bezel is iconic of Rolex watches. It also captures and reflects light very well, creating in most situation a very nice lighting effect. I have attempted to capture this time with my Nikon D5100 DSLR and with my micro lens. Most of them are once again taken with f/16 and ISO 1600 with the exception of one, and then touch-up in Picasa.

As usual please feel to critic my shots.

Below shot is taken with ISO 200 and manual focus.

Now the best for the last, a B&W conversion using a Cross Process Filter in Picasa, really bring up all the texture IMHO.

Hope you like them! I will add more photos to this thread as time goes up. Cheers! And thanks for viewing.
