Swapping my GMT2c for a Sub C, advice needed please

Hey guys n gals,

I have a Rolex GMT2c which I purchased new from my local AD last year. I love the watch but find the PCL's a nightmare with everyday use.

I have the opportunity to swap my watch for a 2012 Sub C. I saw the watch on eBay and contacted the seller. He has sold over 550 watches on eBay and has 100% positive feedback.

He has sent me additional pictures of the watch along with pictures of the warranty card, manual and box. The watch originated in Spain looking at the pictures but for some silly reason I feel slightly nervous about. Maybe my nerves might be down to the fact I spent years saving to buy my Rolex and don't want to get burned.

He said he sells watches for a living and even offered me a receipt.

What are your thoughts guys, anything I should be wary of?
