Tried on the Sky-Dweller...

Finally tried the Sky-Dweller on in person and I was correct in my assumption that I wouldn’t like this watch. The symmetrics are off and I think its way overpriced for that kind of complication. I think a true annual calendar from Rolex can command that sort of price but not this watch. It’s about $15k overpriced. I would take a DDII any day over this watch.

That being said, I’m glad Rolex is trying new things and stepping out of their comfort zone. I only hope that this watch will be a gateway to more complications.
