Rolex on leather?

What strap is this? That is perfect, exactly what I'm looking for. That one, and a gold rolex buckle and those endlinks would be the combo I eventually want. For now I just want to get it on the strap though. The buckle is what I'm most nervous about getting, I'm still not confident that I know what's authentic and what's not, even though I've been looking at them for a while.
