Not a lot to go on

Good morning folks,

This appeared in my inbox this morning and I would like to get some information about it if possible. I believe it to be a mid-60's 5513 Gilt, but I am unfamiliar with the 60's 5513/5512 so a confirmation would be great. I realize the insert is trashed as well as the crown appears to be damaged. Obviously the band is, well, ya know. Unfortunately at this time this is the only scan I have. I do not know serial number or anything. I'm trying to get an idea of purchase value. If I buy it, it'll go in straight to service. So any ideas of a purchase price would be great too. I think I really like it and it would look good on a nice horween band. Thanks in advance.
