spring bar pin movement - can i bring to any AD?

hello.

i want to move the springbar pin to the last hole since i want it to loosen up a bit.

i dont have the tools to do that and i tried it with those small eye class screw driver - but unable to do it without scratching it.

watch is still under warranty.

Is it a courtesy or a must for AD to help me with this? (Eg. can i just take it to ANY AD and do it? Or only big shops like, Tourneau?)

Thanks.
