One watch owners - Submariner to DJII?

I currently have a Submariner Hulk as my daily watch. I love the hulk but I realized I want something a little more dressy yet still sporty and versatile.

I'm thinking a white stick dial DJ II w/ WG bezel will suit my needs. Although I am not 100% sold on having PCLs.

Anyway, for 1 watch owners, has anyone ever went from owning the submariner to a DJ II as their only watch? Any regrets? Should I snap out of it and hang on to my hulk? I'm not interested in the regular black sub since they are too common / regular in my opinion, which is why I opted for the LV.

I'm also considering an Omega 41.5 Aqua Terra since it has an all brushed bracelet but I'm thinking I want to stick with the Rolex pedigree. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Also, how do you think I would fair at trying to do the flip at an AD? What about with a trusted seller on the forum?
