Runaway DJ

Hello everyone! Just bought my first Rolex, a new Z-series DJ in SS with white Roman dial. Two problems:

1. The cyclops is not centered over the date window, but is a few degrees clockwise, so I have to tilt the watch face away from me to see the whole date number. If I view the watch face straight on, the top of the date number is obscured.

2. The date changes later each night. On the first night it changed 3 minutes 55 seconds past midnight; on the next night, 7 minutes 15 seconds late; on the third night, 9 minutes 45 seconds late! My AD is researching the problems with "mother" in NYC, and promises to get back to me. In the meantime, I'd love to get some input from you guys and gals, who have experience with Rolex watches.

BTW, the watch is keeping very good time (+ 1 or 2 sec/day), and the date change is snappy and complete when it finally happens.

Thanks in advance for your trusted advice.
