What model is this?

I found this rolex in the window display at Westin Florence. Really dig it but not so sure what model it is.

It has:
- size looks to be around 36mm or bigger (im pretty sure abt it)
- fluted bezel
- Blue dial without date (so cant call it datejust?)
- on oyster bracelet

I saw it during my trip but didnt get the chance to ask about it. Anyone can identify the model for me? Thanks a lot.
