Stripped lugs an issue?

Hey guys, in my search for my next Panerai, I saw a 127 for sale with a stripped lug screw (great price if you can repair it, replace the case cheaply, or live with the damage) . I'm no stranger to Panerai screws, having owned many such cases, but the new quick change system on my 233 has spoiled me. I don't recall having any problems when I owned screwed cases but I always backed it out CCW before tightening and a quality screwdriver IS A MUST. Have you had or heard of many issues with screw holes? It won't dissuade me from getting one but I thought it was a good topic to review.
