Rolex Service Warranty

I received my Daytona back from RSC Dallas back in January and for the first couple of months everything seemed fine. Lately, every two to three weeks it stops completely. The watch is my daily wearer.

I thought it was just the reserve time expiring when I took it off at nights so for the last few weeks I have wound it every once in a while and even wear it every night to see if this makes a difference but it still stops completely occasionally.

So, it this somewhat normal or do I have to send it back in for warranty service and wait the 4-6 weeks it will take??
