Dropped my rolex

I know it is pathetic.

I dropped my rolex sub when i was putting it in my night table. It must have been like 1.3 feet but dropped on a wooden floor.

I don`t see any damage on the outside. No dents no scratches. They certainly use hard steal!

When i shake the watch i hear some noise but i am not sure if that is normal. When i wear it an shake my wrist i don`t hear anything abnormal. But when i take it off and gently shake it i started to hear something. But not like a scratching noise or a ding.
So is it normal ? Anyone has experience with it ? Getting paranoid now.
