RSC Geneva (Rolex).

Have any of you had your Rolex watch(-es) serviced by the Rolex manufacture (= RSC Geneva)?

I guess it's more expensive to have Rolex S.A. service your watch, but it would be nice to hear some experiences.

My AD will send my two Rolex watches to Geneva to have some minor issues fixed, free of charge, but it will take about two months. Still, I am considering having my AD send both watches to Geneva to have them fixed PROPERLY this time!

I did get the issue with the chronograph hand solved by an AD Rolex-trained watch maker, but he left fingerprints on the chrono hand! And my SS GMT IIc still needs a new second's hand (very slight lume fault).
