The Perfect small collection
I keep changing my mind as to what to do with my watch collection, and my current thinking is to rationalise what I have and re-invest in a smaller but perfectly formed collection to see me through life!
Thoughts are as follows: 1. PP Aquanut/Nautilus: Smart watch for formal and work wear 2. Sea Dweller 16600: All purpose everyday wear 3. Black Bay or SeaMaster: Tough Wear (when damaging the £5k SD would hurt) 4. G-Shock: Extreme wear 5. Birth Year 5513: Just because... Total collection between £20k - £25k A Daytona is a possible alternative to the Patek, but I'd really like a Patek in my collection. There are smarter Pateks than the Aquanut and the Nautilus, but a smart sports watch suits me very well as a person. Any thoughts on the a above? Aquanaut vs Nautilus vs Daytona? SeaMaster 300M vs Black Bay? Better collection for £20k - £25k? |
