trade 3 rolexes for AP ROo

I am thinking of down sizing my collection . i am thinking of trade in my 3 rolexes for an AP ROO
what i have to trade is Milgauss GV brand new sticker intact G series 11613 sub royal blue M. series in mint condition and a GMT II 116710 ,G series SS also in mint condition for AP royal oak off shore steel ,model 26170ST.00.1000ST.01
AP is brand new and the person wants me to pay addition $ 1000.
would you guys do the trade or keep the rolex ?
your guys input and idea is really appreciated .
