Tony (justrolexes) - does it again and proves he's the best!

Throughout all my transactions with Tony he has been very responsive on the phone, via email, essentially anytime for all questions and answers from the beginning of a purchase to receipt of the product.

The reason I like to post this review is recently one of our purchases from Tony, 1 year later had a defect where our NIB purchased Sub-C from 5/2012 stopped working ..I know, unusual for a Rolex.

I contacted Tony only for advice on how to file a warranty claim with Rolex and learn about the process. No questions asked, Tony promptly replied to my email and sent us a pre-paid, insured FedEx return label to ship the watch back to him for his watchmaker to fix. I received the shipping label same day and it was prepaid overnight shipping to his watchmaker Friday.

On Monday, Tony informed me the watch has been fixed to 100% and that the problem was due to a defect. We received the watch back Tuesday and it is perfect like the day we got it NIB running excellent.

This phenomenal level of customer service after a purchase one year later and the responsiveness and quick turn around time is extraordinary and is a testament of purchases from Tony. Not only does he sell fine watches, but he does everything he can to ensure his customers are happily thereafter.

Our experiences with Tony have always been top notch and the above experience to help us fix the watch free was truly exceptional. I can say this is a much better experience then I would have had in dealing with taking the watch to the Rolex Service Center. Last time I took mine in there it took them 1.5 months to get the watch back to me and this was just for routine cleaning. -From first email to Tony, to getting the watch fixed, and back in our hands within 2 days (not counting the weekend)-- a customer cannot ask for more.

---Thank you Tony! We are very fortunate to have you here on the forum and let this be a testament to Tony as the go to guy for Rolex!

(fyi- I do not receive commission or anything for saying this..just one super happy and satisfied customer!)
